Or follow one of the many cooking classes. We don't offer cooking classes, as we leave this to the locals.
You will find a wide variety in the area. There are cooking classes for pizza, pasta, italian sauces and many more. Some will take a day or an afternoon and are an ideal excussion. Other can take up multiple days.
After the cooking class, you will be able to use these techniques in our modern kitchen or
authentic pizza oven.
